June 2, 2010 through July 21, 2010
We are offering:
6:00 P. M. Basic Obedience / Rally
7:00 P. M. Basic Obedience / Advanced Rally / Excellent Rally
8:00 P. M. Basic Obedience / Intermediate Obedience / Excellent Obedience
Classes are 8 weeks and limited to space available
Please bring your dog the first night of class.
You must pre-register for the Obedience classes.
The Obedience classes for June2, 2010 will be held at:

Basic Obedience 6:00, 7:00 & 8:00 PM
Intermediate / Open Obedience 8:00 PM

Obedience Class Description
WE EXPECT MEMBERS TO MEET TWO OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS A YEAR TO BE CONSIDERED ACTIVE:
1. Attend 4 club meetings (10 meetings, club picnic, Christmas Party
are all considered meeting).
2. Instruct or assist 1 training class per year (5 sessions per year).
3. Serve as a Club Officer or Committee Chairperson.
4. Steward at two trials per year (9 trials per year).
Basic Obedience: This class is for dogs and handlers that have never
taken a class. The purpose is to teach the handler to train the
dog to a basic level of obedience. It is specifically designed to
prepare the handler and dog to take Canine Good Citizen test.
Dogs may be entered in this class (or any of the obedience
classes) more than once.
Intermediate Obedience: This class is for anyone who wants to
acheive better communication and control with his/her dog. It is
specifically designed to prepare the handler and dog for AKC's
Novice Obedience class offered at AKC Obedience Trials.
Utility Obedience: This class is being provided to prepare handlers
and dogs for Open Obedience and Utility Classes offered at AKC
Obedience Trials.
