Please submit this self certification twice yearly (i.e. in January and July).
To be an active member you must:
Attend one (1) club meeting each certification period
and
Complete at least one of the following each certification period:
- Instruct or assist in a training class
- Serve as club officer or committee chairperson
- Steward a minimum of four hours
